About The Position

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  • Proven experience in managing, developing, and motivating a team.
  • Sales experience and successful back-end or logistics experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and time management abilities.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and implement effective solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and motivate teams to achieve operational and sales goals.
  • Coordinate back-end operations and sales to meet company objectives.
  • Maintain inventory integrity and ensure accurate tracking and accounting processes.
  • Enforce safety policies and procedures, taking immediate action on violations.
  • Recruit, hire, and train Retail Outlet Experience Specialists and Retail Product Support Associates.
  • Conduct regular department meetings to review progress and company initiatives.
  • Complete annual reviews and assess performance of team members.
  • Analyze reports to maximize efficiency and productivity in operations and sales.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the backroom and showroom according to company standards.
  • Manage inventory cycle counts and ensure timely execution.
