About The Position

Canyon Ranch is looking for an Outlet Manager to be part of our Food & Beverage team. This role is all about creating a welcoming, high-quality experience for our guests while supporting and guiding our front-of-house colleagues. As Outlet Manager, you will: Oversee the daily operations of the café and ensure service standards are consistently met. Partner with the team to deliver exceptional guest service and a warm, inviting atmosphere. Collaborate closely with the Director of Restaurants and Director of Operations on quality, team building, and achieving goals. We're looking for someone with a professional, positive demeanor who thrives in a dynamic environment. Strong judgment, excellent customer service, and the ability to prioritize and follow through are key to success in this role. Requirements

  • Must have prior knowledge of food and beverage and management (3-5 years previous experience in same or related field.)

Responsibilities

  • Communication: You'll keep the team connected by sharing important updates clearly and positively, while coordinating smoothly with other departments to ensure everyone is on the same page.
  • Financial Accountability: You'll partner with the Senior Leadership to help build and oversee budgets. You'll monitor purchases, track inventories, and make sure beverage costs stay within budget, all while keeping an eye on smart, cost-effective solutions.
  • Guest Experience: You'll bring Canyon Ranch's guest service standards to life every day, ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting, positive impression.
  • Training: You'll support and guide your team through required training programs, including Service, Safety, and Allergens, making sure everyone feels confident and prepared to deliver excellent service.
  • Staff Supervision: You'll lead with professionalism and care, mentoring supervisors and team members alike. From hiring and onboarding to coaching and performance reviews, you'll help your team grow while keeping daily operations running smoothly. Most importantly, you'll inspire staff to focus on guest engagement and create a welcoming environment.
