About The Position

We are looking for Outlet Head of Sales, responsible for leading and driving profitable growth across the Outlet channel by maximizing sales productivity, margin, labor efficiency, and talent performance. Our Outlet Head of Sales, ensures consistent execution of outlet commercial strategies, protects brand standards, and delivers an elevated luxury outlet customer experience. Owns outlet-specific KPIs and provides leadership to District Managers and Outlet Store teams across the region. About the role This role is open to applicants based in: Dallas, Houston, Chicago, New York or Atlanta.

Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver profitable growth across the Outlet channel, driving sales, margin, labor productivity, and inventory efficiency
  • Lead and develop District Managers and Outlet Store leaders to execute outlet‑specific strategies and achieve KPI targets.
  • Drive sales productivity by improving conversion, AOV, UPT, traffic, and sales per square foot.
  • Manage gross margin, markdowns, inventory turns, aged inventory, and shrink to maintain healthy outlet economics.
  • Control labor and store‑level costs, including payroll to sales, sales per labor hour, and overtime.
  • Ensure a strong and consistent customer experience while maintaining brand and visual standards.
  • Build a strong talent pipeline, improving engagement, retention, and succession readiness.
  • Use KPI analysis and performance reviews to drive continuous improvement and consistent execution.
  • Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Act as a liaison between central business units and field teams, sharing insights, business ideas, and real estate opportunities.
