About The Position

Located on Sanibel Island, The Sundial Beach Resort and Spa is currently seeking an Outlet Cashier to greet guests as they arrive and set the tone for their experience when entering our F&B operation. The Sundial Beach Resort & Spa is managed by Columbus Hospitality Management, a company committed to providing quality service and memorable guest experiences in a positive and welcoming work environment. Responsibilities

Maintains a guest focus while performing duties
Assume responsibility for quality guests' experience.
Welcome and greet guests.
Payments are immediately entered into the micros system.
Ensure a balance of the register at the end of the shift or working period.
Answer questions about our food, beverages and other restaurant and resort functions and services
Perform side work during each shift as required by service station assignment.
Complete opening and closing side work.
Maintain clean and stocked outlet for guests use.
Responsibilities also include filing orders, receiving money, and carrying out suggestive selling while managing all cash issued and received during the shift.
Respond promptly and courteously to any requests
