About The Position

Join the Fastest-Growing Car Care Team in Richmond, VA! We are the official Car Wash of VCU, proud partner of the Richmond Flying Squirrels and Richmond Spiders, and we want YOU to join our dynamic team! This position is full-time and requires weekend work. With over 26 locations to choose from, we strive to find a location closest to your home. Your pay starts at $15/hour, with the potential to earn an average of $17.50/hour including bonuses and commissions. We promote from within and offer flexible schedules with morning, afternoon, and evening shifts available. If you enjoy working outdoors and have a positive attitude, this career is for you!

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs.
• Must have exceptional customer service skills.
• Must be willing to work under all weather conditions, including extreme heat/cold, rain, etc.
• Availability to work on Saturdays and Sundays.

Responsibilities

• Bring a positive attitude to work daily.
• Display exceptional customer service skills; bubbly, friendly, outgoing personality.
• Actively promote and sell memberships to new and existing customers.
• Maintain a neat appearance and clean hygiene with our professional uniform.
• Use tech skills to navigate through iPads and Kiosks to assist customers.
• Enjoy working with a team and learning new things about the car wash.
• Show up to work on time and ready to provide a fantastic customer experience.
• Encourage customers to download and use the brand-new app for a better car care experience.
