About The Position
Reporting to site leadership, the outdoor utility tech is responsible for delivery of outdoor supplies, trash removal, and various other utility maintenance responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Maintain outdoor areas of property, parking lots, pool areas, stairwells, cobweb removal, washing trash cans, trash bins, and removal of other debris.
- Perform various utility maintenance tasks, including external leaf blowing and maintenance cleaning functions
- Other duties as may be assigned
