About The Position

Reporting to site leadership, the outdoor utility tech is responsible for delivery of outdoor supplies, trash removal, and various other utility maintenance responsibilities.

Requirements

• The usual and customary methods of performing the job's functions require the following physical demands: significant lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling; some climbing and balancing; frequent stooping, kneeling, crouching, and/or crawling; and significant fine finger dexterity.
• The job typically requires 10% sitting, 40% walking, and 50% standing.
• The job is performed under minimal temperature variations while exposed to the elements and some hazardous conditions.
• Job requires employee who is able to lift 50 pounds or more.

Responsibilities

• Maintain outdoor areas of property, parking lots, pool areas, stairwells, cobweb removal, washing trash cans, trash bins, and removal of other debris.
• Perform various utility maintenance tasks, including external leaf blowing and maintenance cleaning functions
• Other duties as may be assigned
