Outdoor Track & Field Assistant Coach
About The Position
Lincoln-Sudbury Regional High School seeks an Outdoor Track & Field Assistant Coach for the upcoming 2026 spring season. The 2026 season runs from Monday, March 16th through early June. Practices are generally after school. This successful program has varsity and junior varsity levels. Duties and Responsibilities (Not limited to): The assistant coach is responsible for all aspects of coaching a high-level Outdoor Track & Field program while adhering to rules and guidelines set forth by the school, Dual County League and MIAA. The assistant coach will have the ability to work with all coaches and athletes to develop a cohesive and competitive program. Expectations: Teaching the L-S Athletics Curriculum Must be able to take the MIAA Coaching Course Ability to drive the school van to away games Ability to work with high school population Understanding of high school sports operations Work well with high school students, parents and other coaches Good interpersonal, communication and organizational skills Be prepared, punctual and ethical Experience Preferred: Experience coaching Track & Field at the high school level Experience competing in Track & Field at the high school level or higher Stipend Range per Schedule B.
