Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of Supervisor/Management experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office for at least 1 year.
  • Ability to use and implement new technology for improvements.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to create and follow new systems.
  • High attention to detail and follow-up capabilities.
  • Strong work ethic and a proactive attitude.
  • Initiative and decision-making skills.
  • Physically capable of moving around WFR products.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in staff training for at least 1 year.
  • Mechanical inclination, though no formal mechanical experience is necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Support operations by traveling to various locations during the season and occasionally in the off-season.
  • Perform location inspections to ensure compliance with WFR Quality Assurance Standards.
  • Maintain customer service and fleet maintenance protocols, including learning about fleet maintenance.
  • Oversee cash deposits and investigate discrepancies with location managers.
  • Organize location developments and consult with the Operations Manager as needed.
  • Conduct regular safety audits to ensure compliance with safety protocols.
  • Ensure accuracy of website, voicemail, and signage information.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager to implement policies and procedures.
  • Assist with maintenance and facility projects as required.
  • Coordinate timely procedures with managers, including parts orders and bank deposits.
  • Manage asset oversight and coordinate with accounting for inventory counts.
  • Post job ads and assist in the hiring process for location managers.
  • Plan logistics for large groups and events at rental locations.
  • Resolve customer issues through various communication channels.
  • Facilitate communication between central operations and remote locations.
