Requirements

  • Has proven sales experience — especially in equipment, dealerships, outdoor power, automotive, or heavy retail.
  • Deep knowledge of commercial lawn mowers and tractors — you understand what separates true commercial-grade machines from homeowner models.
  • Loves talking technical details but can explain them simply and persuasively to any customer.
  • Is self-motivated, goal-oriented, and energized by a fast-paced, commission-driven environment.
  • Brings strong communication, customer service, and basic computer skills (CRM/POS experience is a huge plus).

Nice To Haves

  • Hands-on experience selling or servicing commercial-grade outdoor power equipment.
  • Track record in B2B/commercial sales or working with landscapers, contractors, and fleet buyers.
  • Genuine passion for the outdoor power industry — you get excited about horsepower, cut quality, reliability, and productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Engage customers (phone, walk-ins, emails) and quickly uncover their exact needs — whether it’s a full fleet of commercial zero-turns or rugged utility tractors with implements.
  • Expertly showcase features, specs, and real-world performance to match the perfect machine to every job.
  • Build long-term relationships — follow up leads, nurture accounts, and convert one-time buyers into loyal, repeat commercial customers.
  • Drive strong sales volume while protecting healthy margins and promoting smart financing, extended warranties, and full-service packages.
  • Stay on top of product knowledge across all our premium lines.
  • Hit (and exceed!) monthly targets while supporting showroom presentation and inventory flow.
