About The Position
L.L.Bean's Outdoor Discovery Programs is hiring standup paddle-boarding instructors. We have an in-depth training program for enthusiasts who would like to develop their skills and help others learn. Join an inclusive and welcoming team and spend your summer outdoors teaching the sport you love. The position aims to inspire people to engage in new outdoor activities or enjoy the sports they already love, promoting increased participation by providing exemplary service and instruction. Welcome and retain new customers as they experience L.L.Bean outside of the retail environment.
