About The Position

To go above and beyond guests expectations while providing assistance and services for guest in order to ensure a pleasurable activity experience.

Requirements

• Must be able to work a flexible shift.
• Customer service oriented with the ability to multi task.
• Must be able to stand for entire shift.
• Must be able to work in outside weather conditions including cold and heat.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a basic knowledge of operations in activities departments including shuttle routes.
• Maintain the ability to check the daily schedule in Visual one.
• Set up archery, paintball and bicycle rental activities and facilitate archery, paintball and bicycle activities.
• Maintain the children’s pond equipment and activities.
• Maintain cleanliness of activity areas including: trash removal, cleaning/ fueling activity vehicles, and pressure washing.
