About The Position

GENERAL PURPOSE: Primary responsibilities are to ensure successful revenue generation from new and existing local, regional and national businesses, advertising agencies and media buyers utilizing yield management and solution sales processes. Sales responsibilities will consist of researching and developing new business relationships through prospecting and cold calling and growing existing active accounts through communication and ensuring customer satisfaction. General supervision under the Director of Sales. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Meets with advertisers to collaborate on advertising solutions Attends sales and strategy meetings to assist in identifying and successfully executing tactics appropriate for the assigned region Assists in creative, administrative and operations processes for clients and inventory in the assigned region Maximizes yield on Outdoor Advertising assets to meet company sales, revenue, occupancy and capacity goals Represents Outdoor Media Division as a role model operating in alignment with department vision and industry values MARGINAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Performs other functions as are necessary or as assigned. NATURE OF WORK CONTACTS: Interacts with local, regional and national businesses, advertising agencies, and media buyers. Requirements
