Coordinates building services and system maintenance for a small group of buildings. This is a first shift 8am to 4:30pm M-F schedule.

Requirements

Education: High School Diploma
2+ years general maintenance experience
Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
Valid driver’s license
Experience working with outside vendors
Ability to work independently and without immediate supervision.
Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills are crucial.

Responsibilities

Coordinates and schedules small to mid-size projects alongside Facilities Project Coordinator
Performs key role in the oversight of structural maintenance and building operations.
Performs preventative maintenance program tasks as assigned
Interacts with building occupants resolving day to day maintenance problems.
Is responsible for the workflow of subcontractors involved in small to mid-size projects and renovations.
