What You Will Do: Maintain and improve warehouse cleanliness and organization Order filling, special orders: Hardware/Locks. Safe forklift/equipment usage Commitment to One Item, One Bin and Just Face It! Best practices Assisting with loading/offloading freight or delivery trucks Other warehouse duties as assigned What You Will Bring: Committed to 100% accuracy Pro-active and self-motivated mindset Willingness to learn from mistakes to increase productivity and accuracy Ability to learn use of handheld (RF) scanners and operating systems Team oriented Safety awareness oriented Desire to learn and grow in responsibilities Solid written & oral communication skills with a focus on customer service Able to learn to use a forklift and other general warehouse equipment Physical Requirements and Work Environment: Warehouse environment Repetitive lifting and pulling of heavy objects (50+ lbs.) Help loading delivery trucks and staging products at the dock doors Usual 40-hour work-week Monday through Friday, however, based on business needs evening and weekend hours may occasionally be required.
