About The Position

The Outbound Associate will pick and pack products and perform general warehouse duties, including material put-away, deliveries, and warehouse cleanup. Be very detail orientated and have a high degree of accuracy.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Dependable and reliable.
• Physically able to lift 60lbs and possibly more.
• Physically able to stand for long periods of time.
• Regularly required to use hand and arms.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail.
• Reliable, good communicator, and team player

Nice To Haves

• Prior Warehouse experience.
• RF knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Pick small items to carts.
• Pick large items to skids.
• Be able to operate a cart/hand-jack.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Be able to count accurately and verify items.
• Be able to pack small items safely and securely.
• Refer complex and unusual circumstances to the supervisor.
• Work within clearly defined processes and procedures
• Use of an RF gun or pc to pick/pack product accurately as needed.
