As the Team Lead, you’ll further your career development by leading our team of Parts Wranglers. A Typica l Day

Requirements

You are in good standing, not on a disciplinary action, and a top performer in your current role
You are passionate about time management and organization
You are proficient in Microsoft word and Outlook
You can move around for long periods of time and able to intermittently lift 50 lbs. unassisted
You are vehicle certified or willing to be trained
You’re an all-star communicator and are fluent in English (both written and verbal).
You can work Monday through Friday 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM and can work Saturdays as needed.

Responsibilities

Assist supervisors with workflow management and team member training
Ensure safety, quality, housekeeping, and productivity expectations are communicated
Research and provide guidance to solve daily transactional problems
Provide call-in coverage as needed by becoming highly cross-trained in most FC operations
Provide leadership during projects and on the Saturday shift
