Requirements

At least 1 year of sales experience.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and openness to constructive feedback.
Ability to work independently and stay self‑motivated.
Confidence and an outgoing personality, especially over the phone.
Flexibility and adaptability in a fast‑changing environment.

Responsibilities

Be the friendly voice reaching out to prospective customers.
Create excitement, build rapport, and set quality appointments.
Handle outbound calls with our proven methodology.
Meeting or exceeding daily and monthly goals.
Accurate data entry with call notes and customer information.
Performing additional duties as assigned.
