About The Position

FounderBrands is a content agency. We help our clients grow personal brands and drive high-quality leads to their businesses. One of our core services is X + LinkedIn outbound lead generation for our clients. We identify high-value prospects, engage them with value-first outreach, and book qualified sales calls that convert. We’re looking for a results-driven Outbound Lead Generation Specialist to run our proven outreach system for clients. This role requires equal parts strategic thinking, execution, and relationship building. You’ll be the person who makes sure every potential lead is found, engaged, and moved toward a booked call.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in outbound lead generation, B2B sales development, or similar role
  • Strong written communication skills and ability to adapt tone for different brands
  • Experience using LinkedIn and X (Twitter)
  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
  • Comfortable using CRMs, lead tracking tools, and scheduling platforms

Responsibilities

  • Lead Identification and Prospecting
  • Identify qualified prospects by analyzing engagement with client content and matching them to Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs)
  • Build and maintain targeted lead lists for each client account
  • Research prospects to personalize outreach and increase response rates
  • Value-Driven Outreach
  • Send tailored outreach messages on X and LinkedIn to spark interest and encourage replies
  • Provide value upfront in messages to build trust and increase conversion potential
  • Handle follow-ups and responses to keep conversations moving toward a booked call
  • Call Booking and Tracking
  • Book calls directly into client calendars using scheduling tools like Calendly or TidyCal
  • Track all outreach activity, responses, booked calls, and conversions in our CRM/tracking systems
  • Monitor booked call rates and suggest improvements to outreach strategy
  • Reporting and Optimization
  • Maintain accurate outreach performance data for weekly and monthly reports
  • Analyze booked call rates, close rates, and client conversion trends
  • Suggest and implement optimizations to improve client results over time
