This is a high-volume, performance-driven sales position where success is earned through consistent effort, adaptability, and resilience. You’ll need to be an active listener who uncovers customer needs, connects them to the right ZenBusiness solutions, and drives every interaction toward value and commitment. This is a remote role reporting to the Director of Outbound Sales, with full-time availability required Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. CST.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED required.
  • History and proven experience in effectively prioritizing workload to meet objectives.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Willing to learn, self-motivated, and a great team player.
  • Be comfortable with change and uncertainty in a fast-paced office environment.
  • You’ve been a part of a metric-driven environment.

Nice To Haves

  • MacOS and G-Workspace knowledge is a plus!
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM applications.

Responsibilities

  • Own your results: Manage your pipeline like your own business — generating, advancing, and closing opportunities through proactive outreach and effective follow-up.
  • Drive revenue: Effectively close sales by connecting with current and prospective ZenBusiness customers and recommending tailored solutions that help them start, run, and grow their businesses.
  • Create opportunity: Make a minimum of 60 outbound calls daily to prospective and existing customers to move deals forward and uncover new opportunities.
  • Deliver excellence: Provide a consultative, value-based experience in every interaction that builds trust and demonstrates the impact of ZenBusiness products and services.
  • Be coachable: Implement feedback from coaching sessions and leadership. Consistent improvement through openness to feedback is a must on this team.
  • Stay compliant and professional: Represent ZenBusiness with integrity and professionalism, following compliance guidelines while providing a best-in-class experience.
  • Keep systems updated: Maintain accurate, detailed notes in Salesforce and TalkDesk during and after each customer interaction.
  • Stay sharp: Continuously build your product and industry knowledge to confidently speak to ZenBusiness solutions and the needs of small business owners.
  • Achieve and exceed goals: Meet and exceed individual sales targets and quarterly team objectives.
  • Uphold high call quality: Maintain consistency and excellence in every customer conversation.
