About The Position

MCI is a leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company that specializes in delivering tailored solutions to meet the diverse needs of our clients. With a commitment to excellence and a focus on innovation, we have established ourselves as a trusted partner in the industry. We're seeking Outbound Sales Representatives to join our team and contribute to a variety of exciting sales campaigns for well-known commercial brands. In this role, you'll make outbound calls to potential customers, promote products and services, and upsell to existing clients all while delivering outstanding customer service. This is an entry-level opportunity with paid, on-the-job training. While previous call center experience is not required, a background in sales, customer service, tech support, or administrative support is a plus. We're looking for dependable individuals with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn and grow.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to type 20+ words per minute
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Customer-focused, empathetic, and solution-oriented
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound and receive inbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Educate customers on products and services, identifying opportunities to upsell
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Use internal systems to manage accounts and process transactions
  • Research and resolve customer issues, collaborating with other departments as needed
  • Accurately document customer interactions and follow established procedures
  • Adhere to scripts, policies, and compliance standards
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly
  • Escalate complex issues to supervisors or appropriate teams
  • Participate in training sessions and stay current with program updates
  • Meet attendance and scheduling requirements
