About The Position

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hospitality, resort, or corporate group sales experience; outbound prospecting background required.
  • Proven track record in pipeline development, outbound lead generation, and closing new business.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Experience with long sales cycles (8–18+ months) and cultivating repeat corporate partnerships.
  • CRM proficiency (Pipedrive or equivalent).
  • Passion for wellness, purpose-driven experiences, and the CIVANA mission of “Happiness First, Healthiness Always.”

Responsibilities

  • Conduct a minimum of 50 outbound touches weekly (30 warm, 20 new qualified).
  • Research and identify companies whose retreat goals align with wellness, team connection, and purpose-driven experiences.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of 10+ new qualified deals within the first 90 days.
  • Develop and deliver 5 new qualified proposals weekly (mix of new and warm leads).
  • Maintain full-cycle sales responsibility until transition to a dedicated sales manager as the team grows.
  • Drive toward an annualized revenue goal of $800K within assigned segments.
  • Maintain a 30%+ conversion rate from proposal to booked business.
  • Track and manage all sales activity and reporting in Pipedrive CRM.
  • Conduct local sales calls, presentations, and on-site Wellness Days for key corporate stakeholders within a 25-mile radius.
  • Partner with marketing and operations teams to design targeted sales campaigns during need periods.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless handoff and flawless group execution.
