About The Position
As the Outbound Sales Manager, you'll lead and mentor a team of Outbound Account Executives responsible for driving new business acquisition within the salon, spa, and fitness industry. Your focus is on developing and executing effective outbound sales strategies, coaching and motivating the team to achieve and exceed sales targets, and ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality customer experience. You will also collaborate with other departments to optimize sales processes and contribute to the overall growth of the Vagaro brand.
