The Outbound Sales Consultant’s primary responsibility is to make unsolicited outbound calls to secure new clients for the organization and/or increase wallet share from existing clients. In addition, this position will be responsible for attempting to discover other unstated business needs by building strong rapport, asking business-related questions and recommending promotional and marketing solutions to help grow and maintain a successful business. The incumbent will first work as a blended representative handling both customer service and outbound sales calls until a sales role is available.
