About The Position

The Outbound Sales Consultant’s primary responsibility is to make unsolicited outbound calls to secure new clients for the organization and/or increase wallet share from existing clients. In addition, this position will be responsible for attempting to discover other unstated business needs by building strong rapport, asking business-related questions and recommending promotional and marketing solutions to help grow and maintain a successful business. The incumbent will first work as a blended representative handling both customer service and outbound sales calls until a sales role is available.

Requirements

  • Basic computer knowledge.

Nice To Haves

  • 1 year of Outbound sales experience and SalesForce software experience preferred.
  • Call Center experience.
  • Customer Service experience.

Responsibilities

  • Make unsolicited outbound calls to secure new clients for the organization and/or increase wallet share from existing clients.
  • Achieves sales quota by use of strong selling, rapport-building and sale/call management skills to achieve or exceed revenue targets, efficiency, talk time, accuracy, quality and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Manages workflow by planning, prioritizing and effectively managing time to contact all assigned leads.
  • Utilizes customer fulfillment processes and tools to ensure timely and accurate translation of customer transactions.
