The Outbound Sales Assistant, is responsible for reaching out to potential customers and promoting Smart Home products and services. They have a strong understanding of Smart Home technology and can effectively communicate the benefits and features of the products to potential customers. They utilize various sales techniques to generate leads, make sales calls and provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to our members in order to identify and qualify their needs to transfer to specific selling team members. Must be flexible to work a Tuesday-Saturday shift.
