The individual will be required to excel in a structured Department of Defense (DoD) environment. Within this position, you will become a vital component in ensuring all equipment is properly configured and shipped to the field; while ensuring the serial numbers, part numbers, software load versions, and other various components are correct.

Requirements

An active DoD Secret Clearance required
High School Diploma minimum required
1+ years of relevant experience
Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds
Required to stand, walk, and use hands frequently
Proficient in MS Office products to include Excel and Windows desired
Strong written and verbal communications skills; ability to interact required
A professional attitude regarding attention to detail and customer service
Competent Technical Writing Skills
Ability to format data for basic analysis
The successful candidate must meet eligibility requirements to access sensitive information, which requires US citizenship

Responsibilities

Inspect all outbound materials and orders; notify the depot manager of all discrepancies
Document inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records
Ability to make recommendations to improve the depot process
Resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner
Assist the depot team with daily operations
Serve within the outbound shipping department (as needed)
