Our employees enjoy more than just a great work environment! We are seeking an outbound quality analyst to join our organization. The individual will be required to excel in a structured Department of Defense (DoD) environment. Within this position, you will become a vital component in ensuring all equipment is properly configured and shipped to the field; while ensuring the serial numbers, part numbers, software load versions, and other various components are correct.

Requirements

  • An active DoD Secret Clearance required
  • High School Diploma minimum required
  • 1+ years of relevant experience
  • Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds
  • Required to stand, walk, and use hands frequently
  • Proficient in MS Office products to include Excel and Windows desired
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills; ability to interact required
  • A professional attitude regarding attention to detail and customer service
  • Competent Technical Writing Skills
  • Ability to format data for basic analysis
  • The successful candidate must meet eligibility requirements to access sensitive information, which requires US citizenship

Responsibilities

  • Inspect all outbound materials and orders; notify the depot manager of all discrepancies
  • Document inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records
  • Ability to make recommendations to improve the depot process
  • Resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner
  • Assist the depot team with daily operations
  • Serve within the outbound shipping department (as needed)
