About The Position
The Outbound Planning Manager is responsible for optimizing operational efficiency within the Operations department by enhancing workload planning and execution. This role involves reviewing current processes, collaborating with IT and Supply Chain teams to fine-tune the Warehouse Management System (WMS), and strategically prioritizing workload execution to meet customer shipping windows. The position plays a crucial role in ensuring timely fulfillment for both B2B and B2C customers while maintaining high standards of customer service.
