We’re looking for driven, high-energy phone setters to join our sales team. You’ll be the bridge between inbound opt-in leads (from paid ads + CRM) and our closers.

Requirements

• 1+ years of appointment setting experience
• Strong phone presence and written communication skills
• Self-motivated, high-energy, and results-driven
• Comfortable with CRMs and tracking KPIs (GoHighLevel experience a plus)
• Hungry to win, thrive in competition, and want a long-term home

Responsibilities

• Call and qualify warm leads already in our CRM (mix of new & old)
• Book high-quality appointments for our closers
• Follow up via phone, SMS, and email to nurture prospects until they’re ready to show
• Keep CRM (GoHighLevel) clean and organized
• Hit weekly/monthly targets and directly fuel company revenue
