Job Summary To accurately provide inventory information for company controlled material stock. This position is responsible for all the functions that support the flow of materials from inventory to the production line. Job Description Key Accountabilities: Create and maintain regular material control reports for management Updates inventory management system Tracks part number adjustments Updates and monitors inventory adjustments Enters cycle count results Develops part to part transfers Assign location in inventory for incoming materials Investigates inventory error and location/assignment errors Assist in internal and external material audits Maintain a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail in all work Participate, support, and comply with all Health, Safety, Quality, and Lean initiatives and requirements Complete all job duties in a manner that does not put him/herself or other individuals in an unsafe situation and wear all PPE (personal protective equipment) when required Assist in any other duties to support the operations, as requested by supervisor or manager This is a position that works directly on the warehouse floor on or around heavy machinery Meets all other TKMNA employee attributes and competencies The above is intended to describe the general content of and requirement for the performance of this job.
