As an Outbound Marketing Specialist in MGMAir, you will be a driving force behind new business acquisition and guest engagement. Requirements

• Demonstrates 1+ years of proven experience in telemarketing, outbound sales, or a related customer service role
• Holds a High School Diploma or GED
• Exhibits fundamental experience using Microsoft Excel for tracking, organizing, and analyzing data
• Thrives both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute strategic outbound marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including phone and email, to drive guest trips and bookings
• Develop compelling marketing messages and personalized offers that resonate with target audiences
• Utilize CRM data and database insights to identify opportunities and guide targeted outreach
• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to generate interest, qualify leads, and secure reservations
• Build strong guest relationships to personalize each experience and foster long-term loyalty
• Proactively identify opportunities for repeat bookings and incremental revenue growth
• Ensure cost-effective use of promotions and strategic reinvestment practices
• Track outreach efforts, analyze results, and support reporting using fundamental Excel skills (spreadsheets, basic formulas, data tracking, and organization)
• Stay informed on marketing trends and tools to continuously enhance outbound performance
