About The Position

As an Outbound Marketing Lead Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our business-to-business operations, focusing on state and local entities, federal government agencies, authorized channel partners, and resellers. Your primary responsibility will be to qualify and nurture prospects, building a robust pipeline for our Government Sales organization. In this position, you will be expected to answer and qualify customer inquiries regarding Motorola Solutions' products and services. You will build and manage a lead development pipeline, ensuring that all sales leads meet our qualification criteria. Your ability to interface tactfully and courteously with customers will be essential in building strong business relationships. You will educate customers on our business processes and procedures while continuously enhancing your understanding of Motorola's products, competitive offerings, and market trends through various resources such as training and marketing information. Demonstrating active listening and consultative selling skills will be key as you promote additional products and services. You will act as a single point of contact for customers, managing multiple systems and applications during interactions. Your strong ownership and follow-through will ensure that customer issues are resolved satisfactorily. You will need to exhibit strong observation and research skills to assist in resolving customer inquiries effectively. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, as allowing issues to remain unresolved is not an option.
