OUTBOUND LOGISTICS COORDINATOR
About The Position
HGR24 Inc is a value based, leading reseller of used industrial surplus and manufacturing equipment. We are currently recruiting an Outbound Logistics Coordinator. Qualified candidates will be responsible for the coordinating of outbound shipments, quoting and routing both nationally and internationally. Candidates will work closely with Sales, Operations and Customers. Requirements
- Excellent ability to multi-task and prioritize in a busy, fast-growth environment
- Sound judgment and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Power Point is essential
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities
- Providing transportation quotes
- Routing outgoing shipments through various logistics providers and schedules transportation.
- Evaluates dynamics of shipment and selects carriers to maximize profits and service.
- Follows up with logistics providers to ensure on-time shipments.
- Prepares and follows-up on freight claims, rate disputes and invoice resolution.
- Creates shipping documentation including Bill of Ladings, shipping labels and export documents.
