About The Position

MarketStar is seeking a Spanish Bilingual Outbound Inside Sales Representative to represent our client, a leading email marketing tool in the industry. If you thrive on proactively reaching out to existing customers and are ready to contribute to the growth of our successful sales program at MarketStar, this opportunity is for you. This role offers an exciting chance to spearhead our outbound sales efforts, engaging with customers and driving growth in an ever-evolving market landscape. You'll play a pivotal role in generating new business opportunities and expanding our client base across the North America region.

Requirements

  • 12 months + of experience in outbound sales, preferably in the SaaS or IT services industry.
  • Fluent in both Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken forms in both languages.
  • Experience in software vendor, SaaS, or system integrator space is highly desirable.
  • Strong prospecting, discovery, and communication skills.
  • Solutions-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Collaborative team player with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Tech-savvy with a passion for innovative technology solutions.
  • Ability to articulate technical and business value propositions effectively via phone and email.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct proactive outreach to existing customers through cold calling, targeted email campaigns, and social selling to generate opportunities.
  • Ensure delivery on key performance indicators through calls, meetings, creating your own email cadences and prioritizing leads.
  • Target leads by researching accounts, understanding buyer needs, and positioning our client’s portfolio of solutions.
  • Own the full sales cycle – Take full accountability for managing deals from initial engagement through proposal, negotiation, to close.
  • Strategically manage a sales pipeline, using CRM tools to maintain accurate records, including deal stages, next steps, and close dates.
  • Use data to identify gaps in pipeline and forecast accurately to monthly/quarterly goals.
  • Identify expansion and upsell opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their goals and challenges to position solutions that deliver business outcomes.
