About The Position

Wilson Sporting Goods is seeking a talented Outbound Clerk for our Mt. Juliet Warehouse in the Outbound Department. This position is for the 1st Shift Team and offers a competitive pay of $18.00/hour. The Outbound Clerk will be responsible for preparing customer orders for picking and packing. In your first year, you will receive over 3 weeks of paid time off and a $50 Perfect Attendance bonus monthly for maintaining perfect attendance. Requirements

• Previous experience working in a LTL/TL shipping environment
• Basic understanding of shipment methods and carriers
• Basic understanding of the SAP warehouse management system
• Basic computer, math, and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple jobs and responsibilities
• Desire to grow with the company
• Attention to detail
• Ability to treat everyone with respect and professionalism
• Ability to work cross-functionally with a diverse team

Responsibilities

• Prepare customer orders for picking and packing
• Monitor assigned account to ensure timely processing of orders
• Route customer orders for pick-up via email, fax, and website
• Call and arrange carrier pick-up
• Assist other clerks in their order processing
• Assist with operations on the warehouse floor when needed
