OUTBOUND CALL SPECIALIST
About The Position
HGR24 Inc. is a value based, leading reseller of used industrial surplus and manufacturing equipment. We are currently seeking an Outbound Call Center Representative to join our Call Center Department in Austin, TX. As a valued member of our call center, this position acts as a support to our purchasing team and is responsible for contacting vendors and manufacturers to schedule Buyer inspections. This position requires excellent communication skills with a heavy emphasis on customer focus. We invite you to consider joining our team here at HGR24 Inc. Requirements
- Possess a strong work ethic with a team attitude.
- Have the ability to complete 150+ daily outbound calls by using an assigned list
- Be comfortable with using customer focused scripts and guidelines for communicating with vendors
- Possess accurate information entry skills into a database
- Be curious and willing to learn!
Nice To Haves
- 1-2 years of prior call center experience (preferred)
