As an Outbound Business Development Representative (BDR), you will play a critical role in generating new business opportunities for Bloomerang by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential nonprofit customers who may not be actively looking for a new solution. You will be creating demand where none exists with key decision-makers and setting up qualified meetings for our Account Executives. This role requires resilience, creativity, and the ability to keep focused when you receive rejection. Success comes from your ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, think strategically and personalize your outreach.
