What’s this role all about? As an Outbound SDR, you will be responsible for generating high-quality pipeline within larger MSP accounts. This is not a high-volume dialing role — it’s a strategic, research-driven outbound position focused on penetrating complex MSP organizations. You’ll partner closely with Senior and Strategic Account Executives to break into named accounts, multi-thread across technical and executive stakeholders, and create meaningful sales opportunities. If you enjoy thoughtful prospecting, personalization, and working alongside senior sellers to win complex accounts — this role is for you.

Requirements

  • Previous outbound BDR experience (SaaS preferred)
  • Experience prospecting into mid-market or enterprise accounts
  • Understanding of complex buying groups and multi-threading
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of personalization in outreach
  • Comfortable working alongside senior sellers
  • Operates with ownership, urgency, and strategic thinking
  • Thrives in a performance-driven environment
  • Track record of generating qualified pipeline

Nice To Haves

  • Experience selling into MSPs
  • Experience with network monitoring or IT tools
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC-style qualification frameworks

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Senior & Strategic AEs to develop outbound strategies for named MSP accounts
  • Research target MSPs (size, growth trajectory, service maturity, tech stack)
  • Identify buying signals and prioritize outreach
  • Build structured, multi-touch outreach plans tailored to each account
  • Prospect into Owners, CTOs, Directors of Operations, NOC Managers, and Service Delivery Leaders
  • Execute multi-channel outreach across phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Craft tailored messaging aligned to MSP pain points (network visibility, alert fatigue, scalability, tool consolidation)
  • Book qualified meetings aligned to ICP and territory strategy
  • Maintain strong CRM hygiene and detailed account notes
