Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent required.
• Associates or bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years experience in transportation, shipment routing, or domestic freight forwarding brokerage.
• Full proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems; WMS also preferred.
• Understanding of industry terminology such as PRO numbers, BOLs, and routing practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage shipment routing requirements with CEVA (3PL) and train their team as needed.
• Become the SME (Subject Matter Expert) on key account routing and shipping guides/requirements.
• Understand and communicate customer’s labeling requirements, minimizing chargebacks related to label compliance.
• Anticipate disruptions to the transportation flow and develop mitigation strategies.
• Schedule and track shipments with LTL (less than truck load), and TL (truck load) carriers.
• Monitor and update inventory records using SAP and warehouse reports.
• Help troubleshoot discrepancies between SAP and WMS.
• Develop reporting and record keeping that allows Cybex to monitor and track KPIs.
• Crosstrain to provide backup coverage in capabilities within the Logistics Department.
