We’re looking for a driven and results-oriented account executive to lead our omnichannel sales motion. You’ll be responsible for driving new business, managing the sales cycle from prospect to close, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. As an outbound account executive, you’ll lead the sales process for Wix’s omnichannel solutions, including Wix Premium plans and Wix Point of Sale (POS). You’ll identify and close new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and collaborate across teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience. In your day-to-day, you will: Identify, qualify, prospect, and close new business opportunities, selling Wix Premium plans, Wix POS, and other products in relevant markets Conduct product discovery and demo calls to understand merchant needs and showcase Wix’s omnichannel capabilities Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation through negotiation to closed deals Work with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Care teams to ensure exceptional client experiences and act as the voice of the customer Collaborate with onboarding specialists to ensure a seamless transition from sale to onboarding to activation Stay updated on retail trends, payment technologies, and competitor offerings Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
