We’re expanding our Grand Prairie team and looking for a motivated, knowledgeable Outboard Sales & Repower Specialist who shares our passion for performance, customer service, and the marine lifestyle.

Requirements

• Proven sales success in marine, powersports, or automotive industries.
• Strong understanding of outboard motors and repower applications.
• A customer-first mindset with outstanding communication and follow-up skills.
• Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented personality.
• Flexibility to work weekends during peak boating seasons.

Nice To Haves

• CRM or dealership management system experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers to determine the right outboard or repower solution for their boat.
• Sell and manage complete repower projects — from estimate to installation coordination.
• Use your expertise in Yamaha, Mercury, Suzuki, and other major outboard brands to guide customers confidently.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through trust, service, and results.
• Manage leads, quotes, and follow-ups in our CRM system to ensure timely responses and organized sales activity.
• Collaborate with our Service Department to ensure smooth installation timelines and professional project delivery.
• Stay current on new outboard technologies, promotions, and competitive trends.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
