About The Position
This position involves troubleshooting and repairing fiber plant installations and repairs within the Field Operations I&R group. The role requires reviewing work orders and circuit diagrams, using test equipment, and performing installations and repairs for various business services, including video, voice, and data services. The technician will work on both wired and wireless networking, ensuring the proper functioning of fiber connections from the Central Office to customer premises.
