Rolling Hills Hospital is hiring an Outpatient Admissions Counselor to join the Outpatient Services team. The Outpatient Admissions Counselor is responsible for the timely processing of walk-in/scheduled clinical assessment for those who have self-identified as desiring OP services at RHH. The admissions counselor is responsible for ensuring the referrals to the facility are referred to the most appropriate level of care. The admissions counselor provides appropriate crisis intervention as necessary by anticipating and responding to escalating behaviors by maintaining focused attention to patient safety.
