About The Position
In this role, you will be part of a team to deliver OTS Training as well as support the development, coordination, implementation, and administration of complex facility training and development programs, including employee competencies and technical skills. You will participate in the delivery of all OTS training and assessment including performing quality reviews. Your recommendations will help improve effectiveness, cost efficiency, and processes. Position will initially be in Houston Texas and will move to site at Port Arthur Texas during the execution phase.
