The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience working with OTR tires and operating a mini or tandem boom truck. TIA and ETS certifications are a plus. Experience with small, large, and industrial OTR tires is required, but we are willing to train the right candidate who is committed to growing with our team. Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of tire experience (or willingness to be trained)
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
- Experience driving a Boom Truck or willingness to obtain a CDL

Responsibilities
- Dismounting and mounting all types of tires
- Performing on-site service calls, including nights and weekends as needed
- Accurately documenting work performed; strong oral and written communication skills required
- Other duties as assigned
