Position: OTR Commercial Tire Technician Location: Roanoke, VA Relocation Assistance Available for the Right Candidate We’re looking for a skilled and dependable technician with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in OTR tire service . This is a full-time position focused on servicing and maintaining off-the-road (OTR) commercial tires.

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience operating an OTR boom truck
• Experience working with small, large, and industrial OTR tires
• Valid driver's license
• Clean MVR
• DOT physical
• CDL drug screen
• No DWI convictions in the last 4 years
• No more than one moving violation or at-fault accident in the last 3 years
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
• Able to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with tire tools, diagnostic equipment, lifts, hoists, and jacking equipment

Nice To Haves

• TIA and ETS certifications are a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site and roadside commercial tire service
• Safely operate OTR boom truck and equipment
• Identify and obtain necessary parts and tools for repairs
• Respond to service calls promptly and professionally
• Communicate clearly with dispatch and customers
• Be available for on-call service and occasional night/weekend work
• Maintain a professional, safety-first attitude at all times
