It is a bona fide occupational qualification for service technicians to be unimpaired, so the Company will continue testing for THC and other drugs under the safety-sensitive exceptions allowed by your state.
Requirements
- Ability to pass a background & drug screen
- 6 months OTR tire experience required
- Valid driver’s license
- 3-yr Clean MVR with No DUIs
Responsibilities
- Commit to continual improvement, training & professional growth
- Perform commercial, farm, and OTR replacements and installations
- Dismount wheels using lug wrenches and other hand and power tools
- Repair, balance, rotate, mount, and replace tires
- Services calls as scheduled by service manager
- Keep service vehicle fully stocked
- Perform basic maintenance on your service veh
- Perform basic facility, shop clean up, and organization
- Look for opportunities to improve our products & services
- Other essential and non-essential duties as assigned by management
