About The Position

We also pay practical versus short route miles, which can result in an additional 3-5% in earnings annually. In 2023, we contributed $13 million to our profit-sharing program, demonstrating our commitment to sharing success with our drivers. We have various fleet options available, including local home daily fleets, dedicated fleets with weekly home time, and regional or national over-the-road (OTR) opportunities.
