About The Position
Join a professional OTR driving team where safety, consistency, and driver support come first. This role offers reliable miles, modern equipment, and a balanced schedule that keeps you moving while still giving you time at home to recharge.
Benefits
- Detention Pay: $12.50/hour after the 2nd hour (or higher if required by law)
- Layover / Breakdown Pay: $100 per day (or higher if required by law)
- Performance Bonus
- Earn up to an additional 3 CPM
- Based on safety, mileage, and productivity
- Bonus begins the first of the month after hire
- $250 additional pay per week while a student is on your truck
- Up to $1,000 bonus once your student upgrades
- Potential to earn up to $20,000 more annually
