Seeking a box truck with lift-gate from Tempe to the LA area. Make up to 3 deliveries (Costa Mesa, Torrance, Beverly Hills), stay in a company provided hotel, then head back to Tempe. 2-3 loads per week (rotating). Mileage based pay (0.75/mile), per diem ($45/day). Requirements
- CDL Class A License – Hazmat required
- Must have 6 months of verifiable tractor trailer experience
- No DUI/OWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years
- No more than 2 preventable accidents in the last 3 years
- FULL 10 YEARS WORK HISTORY
