About The Position

Corewell Health Medical Group is seeking a BC Otolaryngology physician with leadership or interest in leadership to join a collegial practice with a dedicated group of 7 physicians, 8 APP's and 10 audiologists. This is a well-established tertiary/quaternary care health system with ENT divisions including fellowship trained Head & Neck Surgeons and Complex Pediatric ENT. This individual will have the opportunity to pursue new and innovative technologies with emphasis on patient centered care.

Requirements

• BC physician in General ENT
• MI license
• Leadership experience preferred, not mandatory

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with regional markets
• Working with Multidisciplinary programs - Complex Pediatric ENT
• Cochlear implant experience

Responsibilities

• Join a collegial practice with a dedicated group of 7 physicians, 8 APP's and 10 audiologists.
• Provide care in a well-established tertiary/quaternary care health system.
• Manage an established patient base with 80% outpatient and 20% inpatient care.
• Participate in weekday call (on own patients) and weekend call on a 1:10 rotation.
• Engage with a strong referral network.
