About The Position
Baptist Health Medical Group is seeking Board Certified/Board Eligible Otolaryngologists to establish a new practice in New Albany, Indiana. This unique opportunity allows physicians to start a new service line in Southern Indiana with a guaranteed salary for the first two years. The position is designed for ENT physicians who are ready to begin working in 2024, and it comes with significant marketing support and referral sources to ensure a successful launch of the practice. The organization is committed to providing a competitive compensation and benefits package, which includes up to $200,000 in recruitment incentives. These incentives encompass a starting bonus, student loan repayment, residency/fellowship stipend, relocation/moving allowance, continuing medical education (CME) allowance, and malpractice insurance/tail coverage. The position offers a two-year income guarantee, with opportunities for additional productivity and quality bonuses. Full-time physicians can expect generous time off, totaling over seven weeks per year.
